Still my all-time favourite phở place, it’s often packed if you come at 12pm, so expect to wait up to 30minutes in a rush. Outside of these hours, or during weekday lunches, you will likely be able to get a table relatively quick.
Phở Minh isn’t as well-known as other places probably due to it’s location quite a distance out of the city. However, I can guarantee it is worth a try any day! As a friend of mine put it, “it’s like being back in Vietnam.”
On that note, if you are the type who would not prefer street food in asia, you might not enjoy the restaurant as much, as the smells, sounds and small shop truly make an authentic experience and tend to turn-off some (ahemmum) who prefer ‘cleaner’ places.
